Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchases & Event Attendance

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or transfers are permitted under any circumstances except as described in the Event Cancellation section. This includes illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, weather conditions, travel issues, or any other personal circumstance. All fees, including service and processing fees, are non-refundable.
2. Ticket License & Entry Requirements
Your ticket grants a limited, revocable license to attend the event. Entry is subject to compliance with venue rules, identification requirements, age restrictions, security screening, prohibited item policies, and applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal without refund. The event organizer and venue maintain the right to revoke your license at any time.
3. Event Changes
Events may be modified at any time, including date, time, venue, lineup, performers, seating layout, programming, or event rules. Such changes do not qualify for refunds. Tickets automatically remain valid for any rescheduled or updated event.
4. Event Cancellation Policy
If an event is fully cancelled (not postponed), a refund of the base ticket price will be automatically issued to the original payment method. All other charges, including service fees, processing fees, convenience fees, merchant fees, and delivery fees, are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the official cancellation notice from NFTIX. Postponed or rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds.
5. Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to crowd movement, loud sounds, flashing lights, pyrotechnics, environmental conditions, weather, illness, injury, alcohol-related incidents, equipment hazards, and the actions of others. You understand and agree that attendance is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NFTIX, its partners, affiliates, event organizers, producers, promoters, venues, contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, lost or stolen items, travel or lodging expenses, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, service outages, performer substitutions, or dissatisfaction with the event. Total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the base ticket price.
7. Force Majeure
NFTIX shall not be liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, venue damage, equipment failure, or other force majeure conditions. Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Fraud & Unauthorized Tickets
NFTIX may void any ticket suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, duplication, chargeback attempts, tampering, or acquisition through bots or automated systems. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may be denied entry and are not eligible for refunds or customer support.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NFTIX and all affiliated parties from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your attendance, your actions at the event, misuse of tickets, breach of these terms, or violation of venue rules or applicable laws.
10. Privacy & Data Use
By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the NFTIX Privacy Policy. Your information may be shared with event organizers and venues solely for event-related operational purposes, including safety notifications, schedule updates, and access management.
11. Binding Arbitration Agreement
All disputes, claims, or controversies between you and NFTIX shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Buncombe County, North Carolina. You waive the right to file a lawsuit, pursue a court case, or request a jury trial. The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable.
12. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute must be pursued on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or any collective or representative proceeding. This waiver applies to all claims, whether existing or future.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any permitted legal proceedings must take place solely in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
14. Modifications
NFTIX may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or any ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, accessing this website, or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions listed above.
